No minimum charge (if we are there for one hour, the customer is only charged for one hour).

No additional charge for work after hours.  We strive to schedule routine maintenance around your patient schedule enabling you to better manage your service.

No additional charge for travel unless drive time exceeds one hour from our office.

Phone support is 100% free and a service technician is always available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Quarterly Planned Maintenance is $1500 and includes a four hour, extremely detailed cleaning and system check, from the mouse on the console to the slip rings in the gantry.

​We will offer a free initial inspection to give our customer a condition-based assessment of wearing parts and trouble areas that may arise in the near future.
